We didn't always roast our own beans - when we first opened, we were sourcing our beans from a local roaster that we loved, but we weren't able to choose our flavors and origins.  So when we were approached with the idea of roasting our own beans in store, on a electric roaster that reduces our carbon footprint, allows us to repeat our perfect roast again and again AND gives us the ability to source directly from farmers around the world... we couldn't say no.

We now roast our beans daily and currently feature a medium dark blend from Sumatra, Brazil and Indonesia for our drip and espresso.  We sell our blend, plus single origin roasts in store and via our bean subscription.
